It is a giant Hyena with spiky white hair and a black mask wielding double-edged steel blades. You can find Vulgraf the Terrible standing under a steel tent in the camp.
Defeating it will be rewarded with the Vulgraf the Terrible achievement with EXP and other drops. Drops include an E53 Coolant, a precision instrument, power gears and others.
