The Udian the Masked is located inside the Southeast of the Rusty Belt. The coordinates are -653.1 and 609.4.
It is dressed in a red cap holding a trash can. You can find Udian walking a path.
Defeating it will be rewarded with the Udian the Masked achievement with EXP and other drops. Drops include an E53 Coolant, a precision instrument, power gears and others.
