On the login page, you need to enter your correct email and password combination in the “Account Email” and “Password” fields, then select “Sign in”.
2. Click on your username
Locate your username from the top right corner and click on it. Now, you will see a menu containing “Sign out” and “Account Settings”.
3. Go to Account Settings.
Select the Account Settings option from the menu displayed on your screen, then Account Information. Under Account Information, select Profile Information to see all the details related to your account.
Now, find the edit icon in front of your display name and click on it.
4. Select the update option
When you click on the edit icon in front of your display name, a new window opens with a text box where you will enter a username. Once you enter the username of your choice, select “Update”.
5. Wait for the confirmation
Once you click on “Update”, a confirmation message pops up on your screen saying:
Your display name has been changed.
Finally, your username has been changed successfully. Remember that you can only change your display name 30 days from the recent date.
If you changed your username recently, you wouldn’t be able to edit your display name. It will return a message that you changed your display name recently when you click on “Update”.

1. Remove “SaveGames” Folder
To remove the “SaveGames” folder from your PC, follow the guideline below.
- Launch your Window search bar and search for “%appdata%”.
- Next, select “AppData” from the search result to open it in File Explorer.
- Open the “Local” folder, then choose “MultiVersus”. Now, locate the “Saved” folder and delete the “SaveGames” folder inside it.
Alternatively, you can paste “C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\MultiVersus\Saved” inside the URL field in your File Explorer and press the “Enter Key”. Then, locate the “SaveGames” folder inside and delete it.
Now, you can relaunch the MultiVersus game.
2. Set Age Above 18
When you relaunch MultiVersus, you may be asked to provide your age. Ensure you choose at least an age of 18 years. This will allow you to play the game in online mode.
